About mobiloans

Is mobiloans a lender?

No. mobiloans is a free loan-matching service. We connect you with lenders in our network; the lender makes the credit decision, sets your terms and services your loan.

Does it cost anything to use mobiloans?

No. Our service is free for borrowers. Lenders in our network pay us when we connect them with you, and that doesn't change your loan terms.

Which states do you serve?

Lenders in our network serve most U.S. states, but not all. Use the state checker on our homepage to see whether lenders serve your state.

How do you choose which lenders to work with?

Lenders in our network must offer installment loans with APRs no higher than 35.99%, repayment terms of at least three months, and clear written disclosures before you sign.

Requesting a loan

How much can I borrow?

Lenders in our network offer $200 to $5,000. Your approved amount depends on your income, credit history, state and each lender's criteria. Not all lenders offer up to $5,000.

What do I need to send a request?

You'll need to be 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), a U.S. resident, and have regular income, a checking account in your name, a valid SSN or ITIN, and an email address and phone number.

How long does the request take?

About five minutes on your phone. Having your ID, income details and bank routing and account numbers ready makes it faster.

Am I obligated to accept an offer?

No. Sending a request is free and you're never obligated to accept. Review the lender's terms and only sign if they work for you.

Why was my request declined?

Each lender sets its own criteria. Common reasons include income that can't support the payment, a recently opened bank account, mismatched personal details or living in a state the lender doesn't serve.

Rates and costs

What APR will I get?

Lenders in our network offer 5.99% to 35.99% APR. Your rate depends on your credit, income, state, amount and term, and is shown before you accept.

Are there origination fees?

Some lenders charge an origination fee, often deducted from the amount you receive. It's included in the APR and listed in your loan agreement.

What is a representative example?

A $1,000 loan repaid in 12 monthly payments at 29.99% APR has a monthly payment of $97.48, a finance charge of $169.79 and a total repayment of $1,169.79.

Is there a penalty for paying early?

Most lenders in our network don't charge a prepayment penalty, and paying early reduces the interest you pay. Confirm in your agreement.

Funding and repayment

How fast will I get the money?

If approved and signed on a business day, many lenders deposit funds as soon as the next business day. Weekends, holidays and your bank's processing can add time.

How long do I have to repay?

Terms run from 3 to 24 months in fixed installments. Smaller loans usually have shorter terms.

How do I make payments?

Most lenders collect payments automatically from your checking account on scheduled dates. Your agreement explains payment methods and how to change them.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Your lender may charge late or returned-payment fees as allowed by your agreement and state law, report the late payment to credit bureaus and begin collection activity. Contact your lender before the due date; many can move a date or set up a plan.

Who do I contact about my loan?

Your lender. mobiloans doesn't service loans or handle payments, so questions about balances, due dates or payoff amounts go directly to the lender.

Credit

Will sending a request affect my credit score?

Lenders may check your credit. A soft inquiry doesn't affect your score; a hard inquiry can lower it by a few points for a limited time.

Can I get a loan with bad credit?

Possibly. Some lenders in our network consider income and banking history as well as your score. Approval isn't guaranteed, and lower scores usually mean higher APRs.

Will my loan help build credit?

It can if your lender reports to the credit bureaus and you pay on time. Late payments can hurt your credit.

Safety and privacy

Will mobiloans ever ask me for money?

No. We never ask for upfront fees, gift cards, wire transfers or cryptocurrency, and we only email from @mobiloansonline.com addresses.

How is my information protected?

Your request is sent over encrypted connections and shared only with lenders and service providers who may be able to serve you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I opt out of the sale or sharing of my information?

Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

What should I do if someone asks me for an upfront fee?

Stop contact and don't pay. Report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and read our guide to avoiding loan scams.
